Overview

Listat proposes the following contractual schemas for on time, on specification, on budget delivery of projects:

Fixed Price Schema

Most effective and low-risk option in case when the scope and specification of the project are reasonably clear. This schema considers strong definition of deliveries, costs, and timelines. Possible only for projects with all necessary specifications and documentations.

Time and Materials Schema

In this contractual schema, Listat builds project team with the members who have required skills, project managers, equipment, and infrastructure based on project requirements. Customers pay a monthly charge based on the size and membership of the team. This model offers the flexibility of balanced team size and project workloads. It is used for agile project with changeable requirements or/and not full specifications and documentations.

Schema with Dedicated Offshore Team

In this contractual schema, Listat builds project team with the required team members, project managers, equipment, and infrastructure based on customer's requirements. Such team will be completely at the disposal of customer's organization. This contractual schema is most effective for long-term relations that consider several projects run and continuous support.
